How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the type of cleaning, property size, frequency, and any extras selected. How do I book a cleaning?

What are your business hours?
Our hours are Mon–Sun, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (7 days a week). You can also see your price and book online 24 hours a day on our Book Now page.
What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer home cleaning (Basic, Deep, and Move In/Out cleanings) and commercial and recurring office cleaning by quote in Orange County. Basic Cleaning is available one-time or on a recurring plan (weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or monthly). Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out cleanings are booked as one-time visits.
What’s the difference between a Basic and a Deep clean?
A Basic clean is regular upkeep of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. A Deep clean is a more detailed one-time clean for a first visit, before family visits, or when a home has gone a while between cleanings. Extras such as inside the oven, fridge or cabinets can be added to either when you book.
Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?
Yes. Recurring plans (weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or monthly) are available for Basic Cleaning and are priced lower than a one-time cleaning. The recurring price applies starting with your first visit. Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out cleanings are booked as one-time visits. You’ll see the price for your plan at checkout before you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you are not required to be present. Add entry and exit instructions when you book, and your cleaner will follow them.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes, cleaners bring their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences, you can leave them out with instructions when you book.
When will I be charged?
Your card is saved when you book. A temporary hold may be placed before your visit, and you’re charged after your cleaning is complete.
How can I reschedule or cancel a service?
Yes. Log in to your customer portal to manage your booking, or call or text us at (714) 475-1391.
Can I get the same cleaner on recurring visits?
We aim for the same cleaner when possible and when scheduling allows; a specific cleaner can’t be promised every visit.
What if something was missed?

Yes. We offer one-time or a regular schedule (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) for small and mid-size offices in Orange County. Desks, break rooms, restrooms, floors and trash are scoped to your space and quoted before you book. Request an office quote or call or text (714) 475-1391.
